Quadratec’s Delrin Replacement Door Hinge Bushings are designed to replace corroded and worn out door hinge pin bushings in 2007-22 Jeep Wrangler JK and JL 4-door models. Made from genuine DuPont Delrin, our synthetic bushings will never rust and will outlast the faulty factory metal bushings. Our improved bushing design provide a snug fit while allowing your doors to open and shut smoothly. Door removal will never be any easier. Doors lift right off! Simply tap out your corroded factory bushings using the included aluminum removal punch. Our new bushings are precision machined to press into place by hand or a gentle tap. Kits include replacement bushings for the door hinges, removal tool and detailed installation instructions. For original equipment hinges only. Kit includes eight bushings, removal tool and emory cloth.
